Ganesha still failed to notice that cat’s pain and after this, he started to continue playing with his friends until Lord Ganesh was tired and then he came back home.

After plying when tired Lord Ganesh reaching Mount Kailash. 

Ganesha Ji was very shocked to see a Parvati Mata whose one of the strongest Mata in the universe, who's lying down on the ground outside the home, with the wounds all over her body, and she crying in pain very badly.

That time by scaring Ganpati Ji asked Mata, that who did this with him. 

On that question, Parvati Mata told Ganesha whole incident that, how Ganesha do this.

Actually the Parvati Mata was taking the form of a cat because she wanted to play with her naughty and cute son.
